the use specified in the application shall be discontinued unless a
fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the
Local Planning Authority.
 
Reason: In order that the effect of the development upon the amenities
        of the neighbouring area can be assessed during this period,
        and that any future application can be decided on this assessment.
That the hedge to the west of the site access shall be trimmed back
to provide a minimum vision splay of 2 metres by 33 metres within one
month of the date of this notice and shall thereafter be so maintained.
 
Reason: In the interest of highway safety and convenience.
