Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the two brick and flint walls shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences; and the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the two new walls shall be constructed with brick and flint laid with a traditional lime mortar mix. Reason: To secure a saitsfactory appearance and preserve the character of the listed building.
