That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of
five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for two brick and flint walls
shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority before any works commence; and the works shall be carried out
in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
That the two new walls shall be constructed with brick and flint laid with
a traditional lime mortar mix.
Reason: To secure a satisfactory appearance and preserve the character of
the listed building.
