Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the development hereby approved shall not be used other than for purposes ancillary to the retail use of 16-22 High Street, Nettlebed. Reason: The outside display area approved is not capable of independent occupation without adverse impact on the amenities of existing neighbouring dwellings. That the outside display areas shall not be illuminated when the premises are not open for the service of the public. Reason: To protect local amenities.
