Decision
Planning Permission on 25th January 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the external materials and finishes to be used in the construction of the chalets shall be as specified on the drawings accompanying the application or as otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the relocated Portakabin to be sited to the south of the access track shall be removed from the land within one year from the date of this planning permission. Reason: That the chalets are designed as replacements for the Portakabin and the Local Planning Authority does not wish to see a proliferation of temporary buildings on the site which would detract from the character and appearance of this part of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. That the chalets shall only be used by the Sue Ryder Home for the storage and sale of donated goods, as specified in the application and should the buildings cease to be used for this purpose they shall be removed from the land. Reason: Planning permission is granted only in view of the applicant's special circumstances.
