That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the building shall be constructed and finished in accordance with
the materials as specified on drawing number NR98/10/16/D1 unless
otherwise first agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the hanger shall be used for the purposes stated in the application
and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Reason: In granting this permission the Local Planning Authority has
regard to the nature of the applicant's use, and commercial use
would be contrary to policies in the Council's adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
