represent an inappropriate and cramped development, out of keeping
with the scale of the existing dwelling and detrimental to the
character and amenity of this part of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding
Natural Beauty. Therefore, the proposal would be contrary to the
provisions of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan,
particularly policies C2 and H12.
