Planning Permission on 4th February 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building(s). Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed at first floor level in the side walls of the extensions hereby permitted facing north-east and south-west. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That none of the extensions hereby permitted shall be occupied until space has been laid out within the site for three cars to be parked and for vehicles to turn so that they may enter and leave the site in forward gear; and such parking spaces shall be retained thereafter. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
