Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the making good of the walls shall be
of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing
building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That, prior to the commencement of any work in connection with the flats
hereby permitted, a scheme of sound insulation between the existing and
new flats shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local
Planning Authority. Thereafter the approved scheme shall be implemented
prior to the first occupation of the flats hereby approved.
Reason: In the interest of the amenities of the occupants of the existing
and proposed flats.
That, prior to the commencement of any work in connection with the flats
hereby permitted, a scheme of provision of bin-stores shall be submitted
to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter
the approved scheme shall be implemented prior to the first occupation of
the flats hereby approved.
