constructed and finished in accordance with a schedule of materials
and finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in
writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences;
thereafter the materials and finishes used shall be in accordance with
the approved schedule.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
