That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the external walls shall be constructed and finished in accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the roof of the extension hereby permitted shall be covered with natural slate, a sample of which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the materials used shall not be other than those approved. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the rooflight window in the side (north) elevation of the extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to first occupation of the extension and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
