That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be
of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing
dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That all new windows shall match those of the existing dwelling in
type, design and external finish.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country Planning
(General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and
re-enacting that Order) no additional windows at first floor level
shall be constructed in the walls of the development hereby approved facing
north and south.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That the first floor bathroom window in the south elevation of the
extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to
the first occupation of the extension.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That the extension hereby permitted shall not be occupied until
parking provision for three cars has been provided in accordance with
details which shall have previously been submitted to and approved
in writing by the Local Planning Authority; and such parking provision
shall be retained thereafter.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards.
