Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order) the garage accommodation shall be retained as such and shall not be adapted for living purposes without the prior grant of planning permission by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That within three months of the construction of the garage hereby permitted the timber-boarded cladding shall be dark stained and thereafter retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the bricks to be used on the boundary wall shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing wall. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the Douglas Firs which are the subject of a Tree Preservation Order, shall be protcted whilst development operations are in progress in accordance with a scheme to be first agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority and shall be implemented prior to the commencement of the development. Reason: In order to ensure that the health of the trees is not prejudiced.
