Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 13th January 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, particularly having regard to its size, design and the incorporation of a balcony, the proposed first floor extension would result in an inappropriate, incongruous and unneighbourly form of development that would detract from the character and appearance of the existing dwelling and result in a loss of privacy to the adjoining property. Therefore the proposal would be contrary to the provisions of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policy H12.
