Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 7th January 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, having regard to their excessive size and bulk and their poor relationship with the existing building, the proposed extensions would result in an incongruous and inappropriate form of development which would fail to respect the character and appearance of the existing dwelling and would be detrimental to the visual amenity of the locality. Therefore, the development would be contrary to the provisions of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly poicy H12.
