That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the air conditioning units hereby permitted, shall be operated only between the hours of 7am and 7pm weekdays and shall be used during no other times whatsoever. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the sound emitted from the external condenser units of the air conditioning unit, hereby permitted, shall be no higher than 62 dB(A) measured at a distance of one metre from the external condenser unit. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That notwithstanding any other indications as to those matters which may have been given in the application this permission shall relate air conditioning units referred to as type R35DB7V1 in the technical specifications unless otherwise first agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt.
