That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the extension shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That all new windows shall match those of the existing dwelling in type, design and external finish. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the roof of the extension hereby permitted shall be covered with natural slate a sample of which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the bathroom window in the side (northern) elevation of the first floor extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to first occupation of the premises and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
