Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the dwellinghouse shall not be occupied or used for any purposes within Class C3 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 until space has been laid out within the site for 2 cars to be parked and for vehicles to turn so that they may enter and leave the site in forward gear; and such parking and turning space shall be retained thereafter. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
