That, having particular regard to the relationship of 33 Manor Road with
its neighbours, the installation of clear glazed opening windows in both
the proposed dormer and the gable ends of the roofspace would lead to a
loss of privacy to neighbouring properties' gardens.  Therefore the
proposal is contrary to the provisions of the Council's adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policy H12.
That, having regard to its size, bulk and design, the rear dormer would
represent an inappropriate and incongruous form of development which
would be detrimental to the character and appearance of the existing
dwelling.  Therefore the proposal is contrary to the provisions of the
Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policy H12.
