Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the building hereby permitted shall be removed and the land restored
to its former condition on or before 10 August 1999.
Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development.
That, all planting, seeding and turfing comprised in the submitted
landscaping plan received on 8 February 1999 shall be carried out in the
planting season immediately following the removal of the temporary
buildings and any plants or trees which within a period of five years
from the completion of the extension permitted under P98/S0372 are removed
or becoming seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next
planting season with others of a similar size and species unless the
Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation.
Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings.
That the hedge to be planted along the south-east boundary of the site as
indicated on the landscaping plan received on 8 February 1999 shall be
tended to grow to, and remain at, a height of not less than two metres.
Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings.
That, prior to the planting of the hedge referred to in Condition 3
overleaf, the ground shall be prepared in accordance with details which
shall have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the
Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the ground is adequately prepared prior to the
planting of the new hedge.
