That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the air conditioning unit hereby permitted shall not be operated at any time except between the hours of 7am and 7pm Mondays to Fridays, except public holidays. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the sound emitted from the external condenser unit of the air conditioning unit hereby permitted shall be no higher than 62 dB(A) when measured at a distance of 1 metre from the external condenser unit. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
