of glazing on the rear elevation of the building, the proposal results in
an incongruous, unneighbourly and intrusive form of development which
overlooks and is overbearing to the adjoining property, 47a Woodlands Road
detracting from the privacy and residential amenitites of the residents
of that property and from the character and amenity of the locality.
Therefore, the development is contrary to the provisions of the Council's
adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies G1, G8 and H4.
