That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls of the front extension shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the window in the side (north east) elevation shall be provided with a minimum cill height above floor level of 1.7 metres and shall be provided with obscure glazing prior to the first occupation and use of the front extension hereby permitted and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
