Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 30th November 1998
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the demolition of the front boundary wall to form the vehicular access and the use of the front garden as a hardstanding would fail to preserve or enhance the character and appearance of the Henley-on-Thames Conservation Area. As such, the proposal would be contrary to the provisions of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies CON8, CON10 and CON15.
