That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That noise emanating from the outdoor unit of the air conditioning system hereby permitted shall be no louder than 53 dB(A) when measured at a distance of 1 metre from the outdoor unit. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the air conditioning unit hereby permitted shall not be operated at any time except between the hours of 7am and 7pm Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
