Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 30th April 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the increased number of components of play equipment and the high level linkage of each component has resulted in an intensification of play activity on this part of the site which, having particular regard to the proximity of residential properties in Radnor Close, results in an increase in noise, disturbance and overlooking of those residential properties. As such, the replacement play equipment is an intrusive and unneighbourly form of development detrimental to the residential amenity of the adjacent properties.
