That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of
the pump house shall be as specified on drawings CHEG/PUMP/1 and
CHEG/PUMP/2 received 17 March 1999 unless otherwise first agreed
in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory
That all planting comprised in the approved scheme as specified on
drawing CHEG/PUMP/3 received 17 March 1999 shall be carried out in the
first planting and seeding seasons following the completion or first
use of the building, whichever is the sooner; and any plants which
within a period of 5 years from the completion of the development
die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be
replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and
species, unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent
to any variation.
