Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation and use of the existing property The Laurels as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom. Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy. That the parking provision as shown on the plan submitted with the applicant's letter dated 11 December 1998 shall be retained and maintained for the parking of vehicles only. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
