That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the existing Hawthorn tree near to the location of the proposed rear conservatory hereby permitted shall be protected whilst development operations are in progress, in accordance with a scheme to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and to be implemented prior to the commencement of the development and all excavations beneath its canopy shall be conducted by hand only. Reason: To safeguard the Hawthorn tree which is visually important.
