That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the southern (side) and western (rear) elevation of the property other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the bathroom window at first floor level in the western (rear) elevation shall be obscure glazed and shall be retained as such unless agreed otherwise by the Local Planning Authority in writing. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the garage shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such, and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
