Planning Permission on 11th November 1998
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no additional windows shall be constructed in the eastern elevation and roofslope of the extension hereby permitted. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the extension shall not be occupied until a screen fence of 1.8 metres high is erected along the boundary of the adjoining residential property for a length of not less than 2 metres from the existing dwelling; and such fence shall be retained thereafter.
