is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the office accommodation hereby permitted shall not be occupied
until the parking provision shown on drawing no. 1777 02 B has been
constructed, surfaced and laid out and such parking provision shall be
retained thereafter unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local
Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure the continued provision of car parking spaces.
