Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That, prior to the commencement of any other development hereby permitted, details of the external staircases and balustrades shall be submitted to and approved in writing to the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the staircases and balustrades shall be constructed in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building.
