Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That at the expiration of fifteen months from the date of this permission,
the use specified in the application shall be discontinued.
Reason: In order that the impact on the amenity on neighbouring properties
can be assessed.
That the building shall be used only for the purpose specified in the
letter dated 24 July 1998 accompanying the application.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That, notwithstanding any indication as to those matters which are given
in the application and prior to the first use of the do-it-yourself
livery stables hereby permitted, the access track, driveway and car
parking area shall be surfaced and laid out in accordance with a scheme
which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the
Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
That no work shall commence in connection with the use hereby permitted
until drainage works have been carried out in accordance with details which
shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local
Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of public health and to avoid pollution.
That the manure shall be stored and disposed of in accordance with the
details specified in the agent's letter dated 24 July 1998 accompanying
the application and the details specified on drawing no. 3.
Reason: In the interests of public health and to protect the amenity of
neighbours.
