Description
Alterations to siting of service access road and houses on plots 7-17, to site boundaries and to the orientation and design of the house on plot 7 - amendment to scheme approved by outline planning permission P95/S0769/O and approval of reserved matters P97/S0426/RM.
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the development shall be carried out in all other respects in
accordance with the description, plans and specifications contained in
application P95/S0769/O, as amended and amplified by agent's letters
dated 24 January 1996, 12 February 1996, 20 February 1996,
22 February 1996, 29 February 1996, 19 March 1996, 29 March 1996,
23 April 1996 and 9 May 1996, and application P97/S0426/RM, as amended by
drawings nos. W752.101 and AV1A accompanying agent's letter dated
28 October 1997 and by drawing no. W752.117A accompanying agent's letter
dated 4 November 1997, as amplified by agent's letter dated
24 December 1997, and as amended by drawing no. W752.112B accompanying
agent's letter dated 6 January 1998 and by drawings nos. W752.111D, 113C,
114B, 115D, 116B and 118A accompanying agent's letter dated
26 January 1998, subject to the conditions imposed on outline planning
permission P95/S0769/0 dated 18 October 1996 and approval of reserved
matters P97/S0426/RM dated 11 February 1998 and to the conditions hereby
imposed.
Reason: To ensure satisfactory comprehensive development.
