W752.101 and AV1A accompanying agent's letter dated 28 October 1997 and by drawing no. W752.117A accompanying agent's letter dated 4 November 1997, as amplified by agent's letter dated 24 December 1997, and as amended by drawing no. W752.112B accompanying agent's letter dated 6 January 1998 and by drawings nos. W752.111D, 113C, 114B, 115D, 116B and 118A accompanying agent's letter dated 26 January 1998, subject to the conditions imposed on outline planning permission P95/S0769/0 dated 18 October 1996 and approval of reserved matters P97/S0426/RM dated 11 February 1998 and to the conditions hereby imposed. Reason: To ensure satisfactory comprehensive development.
