That the area used for Class A3 purposes shall not exceed that shown edged in red on drawing No. AH/3/1 and specified on drawing no. AH/3/2. Reason: To protect the amenity of neighbouring residents. That no car parking in connection with the Class A3 use as extended by this permission shall take place on the land edged in blue on drawing no. AH/3/1 to the rear of Isis House. Reason: In the interests of the amenity of neighbouring residents.
