That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials and finishes to be used for the roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the materials to be used for the external walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the en suite bathroom window, landing window and the second floor emergency escape window to be inserted in the southern (side) elevation of the property as extended shall be obscure glazed and retained. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the two rooflights to be inserted in the eastern (rear) roofslope of the dwelling as extended shall be inserted at a minimum cill height of 1.7m above finished second floor ground level. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the southern or northern (side) elevations of the property as extended other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
