Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the outbuilding shall be used only for the purposes specified in the
application, for the personal enjoyment of the occupants of Bushwood and
the building shall not be used for any other purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
