Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings
        and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the building shall not be demolished before a contract for the
carrying out of works of redevelopment of the site has been made and
planning permission for those works has been granted.
 
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Watlington
        Conservation Area.
