Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 11th November 1998
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, having particular regard to its siting, form, scale and design, the
proposed presbytery would detract from the character and appearance of the
Church and would fail to preserve or enhance the character and appearance
of the Watlington Conservation Area. As such, the proposal would be
contrary to the provisions of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire
Local Plan, particularly policies G1, G8, CON8, CON10 and CON15.
