Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the
type, design and external finish of all windows, rooflights and external
doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority. Thereafter, the windows, rooflights and external doors shall
be installed in accordance with the approved specificaton.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That no development shall commence until details of the proposed
ventilation arrangements have been submitted to and approved in
writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the ventilation
shall be installed in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the existing
building and the area in general.
That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be
occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation
and use of the existing property Maidensgrove Farm, as a single
dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not be
occupied or used separately therefrom.
Reason: That the creation of an independent unit of accommodation would
be contrary to Council's adopted policies and would result in
inadequate standards of amenity and privacy.
