That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the tiles to be used on the roof of the dormer extension hereby permitted shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the roof of the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That, notwithstanding the details contained in the application, the external walls of the dormer extension hereby permitted shall be clad with tiles which shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the roof of the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the single storey extension hereby permitted shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the WC and lobby windows in the north-eastern elevation of the dormer extension hereby permitted shall be first glazed in obscure glass and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That prior to the commencement of any other development to which this permission relates, the means of access between the land and the highway shall be formed, laid out and constructed strictly in accordance with the specification of the means of access attached hereto, and all ancillary works therein specified shall be undertaken strictly in accordance with the said specification. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience. That, within two months of the first use of the access hereby permitted, the parking and turning areas shall be provided as shown on drawing no. 220/01/(04/06/98); and such parking and turning areas shall be retained thereafter. Reason: To comply with the Local Planing Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
