years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the walls and roof of the extension
and the cheeks of the dormer windows shall be of the same colour, type
and texture as those used on the existing dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the first floor accommodation shall not be occupied until the parking
provision has been constructed, surfaced and laid out, as shown on
drawing no. 4660.98.7A; and such parking provision shall be retained
thereafter.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
