Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the external walls and roof be constructed and finished in accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences. Thereafter the materials and finishes used shall be in accordance with the approved schedule. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
