Decision
Planning Permission on 28th August 1998
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building(s). Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the glazed link to be provided shall be constructed with a dark stained timber frame and shall thereafter be maintained as such unless otherwise first agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation and use of the existing property Round Hill Farm as a single dwellinghouse, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom. Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy. That the existing trees on the land shall be protected whilst development operations are in progress, in accordance with a scheme to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and to be implemented prior to the commencement of the development. Reason: To safeguard trees which are visually important.
