Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the cheeks and roofs of the dormer
windows and the walls and roof of the first floor extension shall be of
the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning
(General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and
re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the first floor
of the southern elevation of the extension.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That the shower room window in the northern (side) elevation hereby
permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to first occupation of
the premises and shall thereafter be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
