Decision
Planning Permission on 24th August 1998
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That, prior to the first occupation of 1 & 2 Rivermead Cottages as two
separate dwellinghouses, a fence shall be erected along the line indicated
on plan no. 8053.1 in accordance with details which shall first have been
submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Thereafter the fence shall be erected in accordance with the approved
details and maintained as such unless otherwise first agreed in writing
by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of amenity and to ensure that the fence does not
obstruct the flow and storage of flood water with a consequent
increased risk of flooding.
