detrimental to the amenity of neighbouring residents and adversely affect
the rural character and appearance of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding
Natural Beauty. Therefore, the development would be contrary to the
provisions of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan
particularly policies G1, R4 and C2.
