Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That the bricks to be used for the plinth shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory. That no works shall begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of the timber framework of the conservatory and other joinery details have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the conservatory shall be constructed in accordance with the approved specification. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory. That, notwithstanding any indication given in the application, the moulded door case shall be retained unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character of the building. That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the safety and stability of the building during the alterations, and to provide protection for the building against the weather during the progress of the works. Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building.
