That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the bricks to be used for the plinth shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of the timber framework of the conservatory and other joinery details have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority; and the conservatory shall be constructed in accordance with the approved specification. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
